Keep the same strength when de-obfuscating, or the image won't restore correctly.

Image obfuscation cuts the picture into blocks and shuffles them as whole pieces, turning it into an unrecognizable mosaic of color blocks;
An obfuscated image keeps its colors even after compression and de-obfuscates normally (near-lossless under light compression);
Obfuscate: turn a normal image into a scrambled one; De-obfuscate: restore a scrambled image (must have been obfuscated by this site);
Restore: go back to the originally uploaded image (valid for this page session only);
Downloads are JPG at 95% quality;
